The Company reported that since November 18, under the buy-back program, it has purchased a total of 75,000 shares, for approximately $170,000. A further $960,000 of the program remains, which may be utilized under management's discretion until August 2015.
Arotech is a defense and security company. Co. develops, manufactures and markets multimedia and digital solutions for engineering, use-of-force training and operator training of military, law enforcement, security, emergency services and other personnel through its Training and Simulation Division. Co. also provides battery solutions, energy management and power distribution technologies and product design and manufacturing services for the aerospace, defense, law enforcement, and homeland security markets, and Co. manufactures and sells primary and rechargeable batteries, for defense and security products and medical and industrial applications through its Power Systems Division.
