(NYSE:NSR), a trusted, neutral provider of real-time information services and analytics, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program for up to $150 million of its Class A common shares beginning March 27, 2015 that runs through March 25, 2016. Purchases completed under the stock trading plan will be in accordance with guidelines specified under Rule 10b5-1 and Rule 10b-18 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.
