Rocky Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ:RCKY) today announced that its board of directors has approved a new share repurchase program of up to $7,500,000 of the Company's outstanding common stock, no par value per share. This repurchase program replaces the previous repurchase program authorized by the board of directors that expired on March 1, 2018.
Rocky Brands is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of footwear and apparel marketed under a portfolio of brand names including Rocky, Georgia Boot, Durango, Lehigh, and the licensed brand Michelin. Co.'s business segments are: Wholesale, Retail and Military. In its Wholesale business, Co. distributes its products through a range of distribution channels representing several retail store locations. Co.'s Retail business includes direct sales of its products to consumers through its business to business web platform, e-commerce websites, third party marketplaces and its Rocky outlet store. Co. also sells footwear under the Rocky label to the U.S. military.
