THL Credit, Inc. (Nasdaq: TCRD) (the "Company") announced today that it will commence a modified "Dutch Auction" tender offer (the "Tender Offer") to purchase up to $20.0 million of its common stock at a price per share not less than $3.25 and not greater than $3.75 in $0.05 increments, using available cash. The Tender Offer will commence on June 23, 2020 and will expire at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time, on July 21, 2020, unless extended.
THL Credit is an externally managed, non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to generate both current income and capital appreciation, primarily through investments in privately negotiated debt and equity securities of middle market companies.
