Description: SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (the "Company") today announced the pricing of an initial public offering of 10,000,000 shares of common stock by selling stockholders CD&R Landscape Holdings, L.P., an affiliate of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, and Deere & Company, at a public offering price of $21.00 per share. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares being sold in this offering. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 12, 2016 under the ticker symbol SITE. In connection with the offering, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of common stock.
