The initial public offering price is currently expected to be between $18.00 and $20.00 per share. The Company expects to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 2,631,579 shares of Class A common stock. The Company has applied to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "AMC." - updated 12/18 - AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 18,421,053 shares of its Class A common stock at $18.00 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,631,579 shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "AMC" on a when-issued basis December 18, 2013 and on a "regular-way" basis December 23, 2013. The offering is expected to close on or about December 23, 2013 subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
