Description: Southcross Energy Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, announced today that it has commenced an initial public offering of 9,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,350,000 common units. The common units have been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange, subject to official notice of issuance, and will trade under the symbol "SXE."
