Red Rock Resorts, Inc. (the "Company") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 27,250,000 shares of its Class A common stock, consisting of 27,054,686 shares which will be sold by the Company and 195,314 shares which will be sold by certain stockholders of the Company, at a price of $19.50 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,087,500 shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on April 27, 2016, on the NASDAQ Stock Market, under the symbol "RRR."
