Description: Pulse Biosciences, Inc. announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $4.00 per share. All of the 5,000,000 shares are being offered by Pulse Biosciences. In addition, Pulse Biosciences granted the underwriters a 45-day over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares at the initial public offering price. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market on May 18, 2016 under the trading symbol "PLSE." The offering is expected to close on May 23, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
