Atento S.A. ("Atento" or "the Company") today announced that it has commenced an initial public offering of 14,625,000 shares of its ordinary shares pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission"). The ordinary shares will be offered by both the Company and a selling shareholder, Atalaya Luxco Pikco S.C.A. (the "Selling Shareholder"), an entity affiliated with Bain Capital. The Selling Shareholder intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,193,750 ordinary shares. The estimated price range for the initial public offering is $19.00 to $22.00 per share. The Company has applied to list its ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "ATTO." - updated 10/2 - Atento S.A. ("Atento" or "the Company") announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,000,000 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $15.00 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering will be approximately $72.3 million for the Company and approximately $77.7 million for the selling shareholder, Atalaya Luxco Pikco S.C.A., an entity affiliated with Bain Capital. The selling shareholder has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 ordinary shares, at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions payable by the Company. The Company's ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "ATTO" tomorrow. The offering is expected to close on October 7, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
