Global Medical REIT Inc. (OTC: GMRE), a Maryland corporation engaged primarily in the acquisition of licensed, state-of-the-art, purpose-built healthcare facilities and the leasing of these facilities to leading clinical operators with dominant market share (the "Company"), announced today the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 13,043,479 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $10.00 per share for total gross proceeds of $130.4 million. The Company's common stock is expected to begin trading tomorrow, June 29, 2016, on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "GMRE." The offering is expected to close on July 1, 2016, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,956,521 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.
