Prosperity Bancshares, Inc. ("Prosperity") (NYSE: PB), the parent company of Prosperity Bank, announced the completion of the merger of F&M Bancorporation Inc. ("FMBC") with and into Prosperity and the merger of FMBC's wholly owned subsidiary, The F&M Bank & Trust Company ("F&M Bank"), headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with and into Prosperity Bank, all effective on April 1, 2014.
Prosperity Bancshares is a financial holding company. Through its subsidiary, Co. provides financial products and services to businesses and consumers. Co. provides commercial real estate (including farmland and multifamily residential), one-to-four family residential (including home equity) and construction, land development and other land loans. Co. is engaged in commercial and industrial lending providing commercial loans. Co. also provides agricultural loans, loans for automobiles and other consumer durables, home equity loans, debit and credit cards, digital banking solutions, trust and wealth management, retail brokerage services, mortgage services and treasury management.
