Crystal Rock Holdings, Inc. has recently acquired the assets of the Home and Office business of Frontenac Crystal Springs in Lewis and Jefferson Counties of New York and Girard Spring Water Company in Providence, Rhode Island. Both companies represent key acquisitions within the home and office water markets, and Crystal Rock will continue to deliver a premier customer experience with expanded product and service offerings.
Crystal Rock Holdings is engaged in the production, marketing and distribution of bottled water (the Crystal Rock® and Vermont Pure® brands) and the distribution of coffee including Co.'s Cool Beans® brand, ancillary products and other office refreshment products, and office products under the Crystal Rock Office® brand. Co. also rents and sells coffee brewing equipment and distributes a range of coffee, tea and other hot beverage products and related supplies, as well as other consumable products used around the office. Co. owns the Cool Beans® brand of coffee. In addition to Cool Beans®, Co. sells other brands of coffee, including Baronet and Keurig Green Mountain.
