Crystal Rock Holdings, Inc. (NYSE MKT: CRVP) announced it has acquired the assets of Universal Business Equipment Corp. and it will immediately integrate the assets into Crystal Rock's daily business operations.
Crystal Rock Holdings is engaged in the production, marketing and distribution of bottled water (the Crystal Rock® and Vermont Pure® brands) and the distribution of coffee including Co.'s Cool Beans® brand, ancillary products and other office refreshment products, and office products under the Crystal Rock Office® brand. Co. also rents and sells coffee brewing equipment and distributes a range of coffee, tea and other hot beverage products and related supplies, as well as other consumable products used around the office. Co. owns the Cool Beans® brand of coffee. In addition to Cool Beans®, Co. sells other brands of coffee, including Baronet and Keurig Green Mountain.
