Executing on its strategy to enter the United States telecommunications market, Elephant Talk Communications, Corp., an international provider of software and services developed to manage network, billing and systems infrastructure for the telecommunication industry and a market leader in providing solutions to counter electronic fraud for the financial services industry, today announced plans to acquire 100% of the assets of Telnicity, LLC, a U.S. MVNE/MVNO enabler company headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in an all-equity transaction.
Elephant Talk Communications provides mobile telecommunications technology. Co. provides a single sign-on cloud-service which includes Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and even Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). Co. also provides cloud-based authentication and voice-biometrics technology and services through its wholly owned subsidiary, ValidSoft UK Limited. Co.'s platform hosts integrated InformationTechnology/Back Office and Core Network functionality for mobile network operators, Mobile Virtual Network Operators and Mobile Virtual Network Enablers and Aggregators on a fully outsourced SaaS, PaaS and/or IaaS basis.
