NextWave Wireless Inc. announced that the Federal Communications Commission has approved the transfer of control of the NextWave entities holding Wireless Communications Service and Advanced Wireless Services spectrum licenses to AT&T Inc. This approval represents the last remaining regulatory approval required to be obtained under the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of August 1, 2012, by and among the company, AT&T Inc. and its direct wholly owned subsidiary, Rodeo Acquisition Sub Inc. ("Merger Sub"), pursuant to which the company will merge with and into merger sub with the company surviving as a direct or indirect wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T Inc. (the "Merger").
Eco Wave Power Global is a wave energy company. Through its subsidaries, Co. is engaged in the development of wave energy conversion (WEC) technology that converts ocean and sea waves into clean electricity. Co.'s WEC technology is implemented onshore or nearshore and draws energy from incoming waves by converting the rising and falling motion of the waves into an energy generation process. In addition to WEC technology, Co. is building out a pipeline of ancillary technology services that Co. may provide to its customers and other parties. These services include feasibility studies for clients of its WEC technology.
