The combined company immediately becomes a networking industry leader with more than 12,000 customers. Extreme Networks will set the standard for the networking industry with a strategic focus on three principles:

Extreme Networks, together with its subsidiaries, is a provider of cloud-driven networking solutions for enterprise, data center, and service provider customers. In providing a combined end-to-end solution from the enterprise edge to the cloud, Co. designs, develops, and manufactures wired and wireless network infrastructure equipment and develops a cloud networking platform and application portfolio using cloud management, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to deliver analytics, security, and access controls. Co.'s product categories include 4th Generation Cloud Networking Platform; Automation, Analytics, and Security Applications; and Wireless Local Area Networks Access Points.
