U.S. Concrete, Inc. (Nasdaq:USCR) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ingram Concrete, LLC, has acquired the ready-mix assets of T&S Ventures, LLC, headquartered in Sweetwater, Texas.
US Concrete is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a heavy building materials supplier of aggregates, ready-mixed concrete and concrete-related products and services to the construction industry. Co.'s products include: aggregates, in which Co. produces crushed stone, sand and gravel and sells these aggregates for use in commercial, industrial and public works projects in the markets Co. serves, as well as consumes them internally in the production of ready-mixed concrete; and ready-mixed concrete, which consists of proportioned mixes Co. produces and delivers in an unhardened plastic state for placement and shaping into designed forms at the job site.
