Altria Group, Inc. (Altria) (NYSE:MO) today announced that its subsidiary, Nu Mark LLC (Nu Mark), has completed the acquisition of the e-vapor business of Green Smoke, Inc. and its affiliates. The transaction is valued at approximately $110 million in cash and up to $20 million in incentive payments.
Altria Group is a holding company. Co.'s subsidiaries include: Philip Morris USA Inc., which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of cigarettes in the U.S.; John Middleton Co., which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of machine-made large cigars and pipe tobacco; UST LLC, which through its subsidiary, U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company LLC, is engaged in the manufacture and sale of moist smokeless tobacco products and snus products; and Helix Innovations LLC, which operates in the U.S. and Canada, and Helix Innovations GmbH and its subsidiaries, which operate internationally in the rest-of-world, are engaged in the manufacture and sale of on! oral nicotine pouches.
