Element Financial Corporation Canada's leading independent equipment finance company, today announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of 100% of the shares of Horsham, Pennsylvania-based CoActiv Capital Partners, Inc. from Marubeni America Corporation and Marubeni Corporation for aggregate consideration of approximately $300 million, including repayment of debt to Marubeni.
Element Fleet Management is a fleet management company providing services and financing solutions for commercial vehicle fleets and equipment fleets. Co. also provides related services programs to domestic and international companies, including fuel and maintenance service cards, remarketing, maintenance management and accident services.
