Lockheed Martin Canada Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE: LMT), announced that it has entered into an agreement to purchase certain assets of the engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) business of Aveos Fleet Performance, Inc., located in Montreal, Canada.
Lockheed Martin is a security and aerospace company, engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration and sustainment of technology systems, products and services. Co. also provides a range of management, engineering, technical, scientific, logistics, system integration and cybersecurity services. Co.'s areas of focus are in defense, space, intelligence, homeland security and information technology, including cybersecurity. Co. serves customers with products and services that have defense, civil and commercial applications.
