Loyalist Group Limited announced the execution of a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Victoria International Academy. Purchase details: Loyalist will pay $355,000 for VIA. Of the total, $310,000 is payable in cash at the closing of the transaction, and the balance of $45,000 is due four months after closing, subject to adjustment.
Loyalist Group owns and operates private education schools both in Toronto and Vancouver offering (i) English as a Second Language Courses for international students; (ii) Training programs for teachers, commonly known as TESL; (iii) Professional Development Courses; and (iv) Corporate English for Professionals.
