Details: Vermilion Energy Inc. ("Vermilion", the "Company", "We" or "Our") (TSX, NYSE: VET) is pleased to announce that we have entered into an arrangement agreement (the "Arrangement") with a private southeast Saskatchewan producer ("Privateco") for total consideration of $400 million, comprised of cash and share consideration of $345 million (the "Purchase Price") plus the assumption of $55 million in debt.

Vermilion Energy, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the business of oil and natural gas exploitation, development, acquisition and production in Canada, France, the Netherlands, Australia and Ireland.
