Mood Media Corporation announced that it has acquired the assets of Technomedia Solutions and sister company, GoConvergence, for approximately US$23 million in cash plus contingent consideration payable in 2014, which is based on the profitable growth of the operations.
Mood Media is an international in-store media and music retail business with a geographic footprint and a client base including several multinational blue chip organizations. Co.'s two operating segments are (i) the In-Store Media: includes multi-sensory in-store media and marketing solutions to a range of customer-facing businesses in the retail, financial services, hospitality and leisure industries, and sales of music and messaging services; and (ii) the Retail Point-of-purchase segments: include producing and distributing of specialty Music, sold through non-traditional music retailers, and sales of specialty music CD and DVD products through interactive displays.
