Canada Bread Company, Ltd. ("Canada Bread") (CBY: TSX) today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Olivieri Foods, its fresh pasta and sauce business, to Ebro Foods, S.A. of Madrid, Spain for proceeds of approximately $120 million. Subject to Competition Bureau review, the transaction is expected to close by the end of 2013.
