Diversified global industrial company Harsco Corporation (NYSE:HSC) announced today it has acquired Hammco Corporation, an Owasso, OK-based provider of process coolers for the natural gas and petrochemical processing industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Harsco is a global provider of environmental solutions for industrial and specialty waste streams. Co.'s operations consist of the following reportable business segments: Harsco Environmental and Harsco Clean Earth. Co.'s Harsco Environmental segment is a global provider of environmental services and material processing to the global steel and metals industries. In addition to providing critical services to its customers, Co. provides zero-waste solutions for relevant waste or byproduct streams. Co.'s Harsco Clean Earth segment provides processing and beneficial reuse solutions for hazardous wastes and soil and dredged materials.
