Details: Allana Potash Corp. has completed its previously announced merger, whereby the Company has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares Nova-Ethio Potash Corporation through the merger of a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allana and Nova pursuant to the laws of the British Virgin Islands (the "Transaction") (See Press Release dated September 4, 2012).

Allana Potash is a potash exploration and development stage company. Co. is focusing on the exploration and development of its Dallol Potash Project in Danakil Depression, Ethiopia. Co. also has a grass roots property in Argentina which is located near Vale's Rio Colorado potash solution mining project.
