Details: International Enexco Limited (TSX VENTURE:IEC) (OTCQX:IEXCF) (FRANKFURT:I6E) ("IEC") is pleased to announce the signing of a definitive arrangement agreement (the "Arrangement Agreement") with Denison Mines Corp. ("Denison"), pursuant to which Denison will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of IEC (the "IEC Shares") by way of a plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement"). The terms of Denison's acquisition are unchanged from those that were announced on March 19, 2014.
