Diodes Incorporated, a leading global manufacturer and supplier of high-quality application specific standard products within the broad discrete, logic and analog semiconductor markets, and BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing Limited, a leading analog integrated device manufacturer incorporated in the Cayman Islands, today announced that Diodes has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger to acquire BCD.
Diodes is a global manufacturer and supplier of application-specific standard products within the logic, analog, and mixed-signal semiconductor markets. Co. serves the industrial, automotive, computing, communications and consumer markets. Co.'s products include: discrete semiconductor products; analog products; mixed-signal products; standard logic products; multichip products and co-packaged discrete, analog and mixed-signal silicon in miniature packages; silicon and silicon epitaxial wafers used in manufacturing these products; and Frequency Control Products, which are electronic components that provide frequency references such as crystals and crystal oscillators.
