(NASDAQ:PRFT) ("Perficient"), a leading information technology and management consulting firm serving Global 2000 and other large enterprise customers throughout North America, today announced it has acquired the IBM Smarter Commerce division of Trifecta Technologies ("Trifecta"), an $8 million annual services revenue business and information technology consulting firm focused on IBM WebSphere Commerce solutions.

Perficient is a digital consultancy that delivers digital transformation solutions. Co.'s solutions include custom applications, analytics, management consulting, commerce, portals and collaboration, content management, business integration, customer relationship management, business process management, platform implementations, enterprise data and business intelligence, enterprise performance management, enterprise mobile, cloud services, digital marketing, and DevOps, among others. Co. sells certain internally developed software packages. These tools include configurable Solution Accelerators and Industry Tools. Co. also provides education and mentoring services to its clients.
