Joe's Jeans Inc. (NASDAQ:JOEZ) ("Joe's Jeans") announced it has completed the acquisition of Hudson Clothing Holdings, Inc., ("Hudson"), a leading global designer and marketer of women's and men's premium branded denim apparel.
Joe's Jeans designs, develops and markets apparel products. Co.'s Joe's® product line includes women's and men's denim jeans, pants, shirts, sweaters, jackets and other apparel products. Co. provides women's handbags and clutches, women's intimates, children's products, shoes, belts and leather goods. Co. also provides another branded line, else™. For Co.'s men's Joes® denim line, Co. provides various fits, fabrics, washes and detailing. Co.'s Joe's® children's offerings include denim bottoms, tops, t-shirts and jackets for toddlers, girls and boys. Co.'s Hudson® product line includes women's, men's and children's denim jeans, pants and bottoms. At Nov 30 2014, Co. had 33 stores in the U.S.
