(NYSE:NSR), a trusted, neutral provider of real-time information and analytics, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire .CO Internet S.A.S. and certain associated assets. .CO Internet is the exclusive operator of the worldwide registry for Internet addresses with the ".co" top-level domain.
NeuStar is a provider of cloud-based platforms and differentiated data sets. Co.'s primary services as follows: marketing services, which provide customer intelligence, activation services, and media intelligence; security services, which provide domain name systems services, distributed denial of service protection, and domain name registries; data services, which provide carrier provisioning, caller authentication, and user authentication and rights management; as well as number portability administration center services, which include the routing of calls and text messages among all communications service providers in the U.S. and related connection services and system enhancements.
