Stagwell (NASDAQ: STGW), the challenger network built to transform marketing, has entered into an agreement to acquire PROS Agency (PROS), a Brazil-based brand and marketing consultancy specializing in digital public relations (PR), creative planning and production, influencer marketing, and brand development. Headquartered in So Paulo, the agency will play a key role in driving business for Stagwell within Brazil as well as the greater Latin America (LATAM) region as part of Allison, a global marketing and communications consultancy within Stagwell.
Stagwell conducts its business through its networks, which provides marketing and business solutions. Co.'s reportable segments are: Integrated Agencies Network, which includes the Anomaly Alliance, Constellation, the Code and Theory Network and the Doner Partner Network; Media Network, which is comprised of a single operating segment, the Stagwell Media Network, serves as a unified media and data management structure; Communications Network, which provides advocacy, strategic corporate communications, investor relations, public relations, online fundraising and other services; and All Other, which consists of Stagwell Marketing Cloud products such as PRophet.
