Aeroflex Holding is a holding company. Co. is a provider of radio frequency and microwave integrated circuits, components and systems used in the design, development and maintenance of wireless communication systems. Co. operates through two business segments: Aeroflex Microelectronic Solutions; which provides a range of microelectronics products for the commercial wireless communications and the space, avionics and defense and medical and other markets; and Aeroflex Test Solutions, which is a provider of a line of test and measurement hardware and software products, primarily for the commercial wireless communications and the space, avionics and defense markets.
