Co. is a cable business principally involved in the development, management and operation of broadband communications networks in the U.S. As of Dec 31 2003, Co.'s consolidated cable operations served approximately 8.6 million subscribers. Co. conducts the national networks of its content business through its consolidated subsidiaries E! Entertainment Television, The Golf Channel, Outdoor Life Network, and G4 Media. Co.'s content business also includes Comcast Spectator, Comcast SportsNet, Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic and Cable Sports Southeast.
