Dynacor Group is engaged in the exploration of mining properties with the potential for the commercial extraction of gold and precious metals and production of gold by means of custom milling. Co. produces gold purchased from local miners which is processed in their custom milling plant and derives all of its sales in Peru. Co. does not have any producing properties. Co. and and its subsidiaries hold interests in mineral properties in Peru that are not in commercial operations and are in the stage of exploration.
