While selling children's books and related products (collectively referred to as books) is Co.'s line of business, it sells them through the following business segments: Home Business Division, which sells Co.'s books through independent consultants directly to its customers; and Publishing Division, which sells Co.'s books to bookstores, toy stores, specialty stores, museums and other retail outlets throughout the country.
