Co.'s segments are: Electronics, which researches, formulates and sells specialty chemicals and materials for electronics hardware, from printed circuit board designs to semiconductor packaging; and Industrial and Specialty, which provides chemical systems that protect and decorate metal and plastic surfaces, Graphics Solutions, which is a supplier of consumable materials used to transfer images on to consumer packaging materials, and Energy Solutions, which produces water-based hydraulic control fluids for main oil and gas companies and drilling contractors.
