Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides customary banking services, including the acceptance of checking, savings, and time deposits, and the making of commercial, agricultural, real estate, personal, home improvement, automobile and other installment and consumer loans. Trust services are provided to customers through Citizens Bank Wealth Management in Co.'s subsidiary, the Firstbank - Alma main office. Each of Co.'s subsidiary banks also provides securities brokerage services at their main offices through arrangements with third party brokerage firms. As of Dec 31 2012, Co. had total assets of $1.50 billion and total deposits of $1.24 billion.
