The Orphan segment includes: TEPEZZA, which is indicated for the treatment of thyroid eye diseas; KRYSTEXXA, which is indicated for the treatment of uncontrolled gout; and PROCYSBI, which is indicated for nephropathic cystinosis. The Inflammation segment includes: PENNSAID 2% w/w, which is indicated for the treatment of pain of osteoarthritis (OA), of the knee(s); and DUEXIS, which is indicated for the relief of signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and OA.
