Medical Action Industries develops, manufactures, markets and supplies a range of disposable medical products. Co. has two product lines: clinical care and patient care. Co.'s clinical care products include custom procedure trays, minor procedure kits and trays, operating room disposables and sterilization products, and dressings and surgical sponges. Co.'s patient care products include patient bedside products, containment systems for medical waste and laboratory products. Co.'s products are marketed primarily to acute care facilities. Co. also provides original equipment manufacturer products under private label programs to supply chain partners and medical suppliers.
