OBA Financial Services is a savings and loan holding company. Through its subsidiary, OBA Bank (the Bank), Co. provides financial services to individuals, families, and businesses through locations in the Maryland counties of Montgomery, Anne Arundel, and Howard. The Bank accepts deposits from the public and invests those deposits in commercial real estate, commercial business, construction, and residential mortgage loans, home equity loans and lines of credit, and investment securities. To a lesser extent, the Bank also originates other consumer loans. As of June 30 2013, Co. had total assets of $381.6 million and total deposits of $283.3 million.
