Co. provides its products and services through three operating segments: Distributed Generation, which involves manufacturing, installing and operating electric generation equipment on site at a facility where the power is used; Utility Infrastructure, which include transmission and distribution system construction and maintenance, installation of metering and efficient lighting, and emergency storm restoration; and Energy Efficiency, which provides light emitting diode lighting fixtures and lamps, and energy efficiency upgrades.
