RiverNorth Capital and Income Fund is registered as a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The investment objective of the Fund is to seek a high level of current income. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, directly or indirectly, at least 80% of its Managed Assets (the total assets of the Fund, including assets attributable to leverage, minus liabilities (other than debt representing leverage and any preferred stock that may be outstanding)) in marketplace lending investments.
