Systemax, through its operating subsidiaries, is a marketer of brand name and private label industrial and business equipment and supplies in North America. Co. sells a range of industrial and general business hard goods and supplies and to a lesser extent products that would fall into the category of maintenance, repair and operations products, which are marketed in North America. Several of these products are manufactured by other companies. Some products are manufactured for Co. and sold under its brand as a white label product, and some are manufactured to its own design and marketed under the trademarks: Global™, GlobalIndustrial.com™, Nexel™ Paramount™ and Interion™.
