The American Depositary Shares are expected to begin trading on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "CRTO" on Wednesday, October 30, 2013. In addition, Criteo has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,212,387 American Depositary Shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
