Nutanix, the next-generation enterprise cloud platform company, today announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 14,870,000 shares of Class A common stock at a price of $16.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on September 30, 2016 under the symbol "NTNX." All of the shares are being offered by Nutanix. Additionally, Nutanix has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,230,500 additional shares of Class A common stock from Nutanix at the initial public offering price.
