Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC ("FTAI" or the "Company") today announced an initial public offering of 20,000,000 common shares, representing limited liability company interests, pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 (including a prospectus) previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The current expected initial public offering price is between $19.00 and $21.00 per share. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,000,000 additional common shares. The common shares of the Company will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "FTAI".
