Mr. Zahir (Zip) Dhanani, CEO and Chairman of Arian, is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of the past producing, high-grade Perlat copper-gold-silver-cobalt mine in Albania, through the acquisition of all of the shares of Balkan Resources Inc., which owns the mine.
ARCpoint, together with its subsidiaries, is a health care company. Co. provides a US-based franchise system proviing drug testing, alcohol screening, DNA and clinical lab testing, corporate wellness programs and employment and background screening and other services. Co.'s principal services are the ARCpoint Lab Services, which include diagnostic testing, intervention anclinical services and augmented care. In addition to ARCpoint Lab Services, Co. provides support services to ARCpoint franchisees, third party businesses and physicians, and ABH Clinics through its subsidiaries AFG Services LLC and Achieve Behavioral Health Greenville, LLC.
