Air Transport Services Group is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides aircraft leasing and contracted airline operations as well as other support services mainly to the air transportation, e-commerce and package delivery industries. Co. has two reportable segments: Cargo Aircraft Management Inc., which includes the leasing of aircraft and aircraft engines, and ACMI Services, which includes the cargo and passenger aircraft flight operations of its three airlines. Co. also provides a range of air transportation related services to its customers including aircraft maintenance and modification, ground support and crew training.
